Ben Gray

Ben Gray is a Retail Strategist at Applause, and is responsible for helping large brands conceive and implement app quality solutions. Prior to joining Applause, Ben served as a Principal Analyst with Forrester Research, focused most recently on Enterprise Mobility. During his 10 years with Forrester, Ben authored more than 150 reports, advised hundreds of companies on IT strategies, served as a frequent keynote speaker, panelist and presenter at industry events and was regularly quoted in top publications like The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times and InformationWeek.
